CLOSING Bartelt Intermittent and Constant Motion, Langen, Superior, Ceco, special design cartoners, Clybourn 50, B-4, C-4, C-7. American Can 006, American Can 08, Continental Can CR, Resina capers and fitment applicators, Consolidated Capem.

OTHER EQUIPMENT Various types blenders from 4 cu. ft. to 120 cu. ft. Low, medium and high attrition blending, liquid and fat additions. Along with special blending techniques.

QUALITY CONTROL AND TESTING Full inspection capabilities, including BAC-T for incoming materials , batch controls, moisture, fat, vitamin C, and other test procedures; computerized product recall system controlled from raw materials lot code to clients' destination.

SHIPPING AND RECIEVING Tailgate loading at all five plants; pallet handling equipment; a minimum of three loading platforms at each plant and working storage at all plants; pallet stretch wrapping.

Raw material, work-in-process and finished goods inventory all computerized with complete product recall capability.

Experienced at setting up projects requiring over two million pouches daily. Operate with substantial inventory of packaging and processing equipment. Packing area have temperature/humidity controls. Product in five separate plants, thus assuring appropriate product segregation. Three plants are foods operations and two are registered with the EPA for handling of non-food products; one plant has silos for granular substances.
